Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Arbs Co&Co collects through arbscoandco.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Who we are

Arbs Co&Co is a coffee shop and coworking space on the National Highway, Brgy. Bobonon, Alangalang, Leyte 6517. You can reach us at [email protected] or (053) 300 5130.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the contact form, we receive:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address, if you give one
• your message

We don’t sell this information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message, for example to answer a question, confirm a group booking or follow up on an order.

Who else handles it

A few services help us run the website. They process data on our behalf and only as needed:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website
• Cloudflare, which keeps the site fast and secure
• Google Workspace, which delivers form messages to our email
• Google Maps, which shows the map on our pages. Google may collect information when you view or use the map, under its own privacy policy.

Links to our Facebook and Instagram pages take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

The website uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work properly and stay secure. We don’t currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages only as long as we need them to respond to you and handle your request, then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your information
• stop using your information

Email [email protected] and we’ll respond as soon as we can. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
